Yesterday I went to Korean class. And then I studied some characters and words, and I had a quiz. It was easy for me to remember words, because some words are same as Japanese , like "Toshi(city)" and "Kagu(furniture)".However, it is very difficult to study Korean in terms of pronunciation of some characters.
But I think I shouldn't give up studying. Because many Korean are living in or visit Japan.
Last spring I met Korean at Narita airport. He didn't know the way to his friend's house. He cannot speak both Japanese and English well, so I couldn't communicate with him very well. I was really sorry for him.
Next time I meet Korean who is at a loss, I wanna talk to him or her in Korean and help them.
